Terms of use

Last updated July 16, 2026

Using josh.menu means you accept these terms. They're short and written to be read.

What this site is

josh.menu tracks GPU prices from partner APIs and scores how good today's price is versus each card's own history. It's an informational service: we don't sell hardware, process payments, or fulfill orders. Purchases and rentals happen on the retailer's or marketplace's site, under their terms.

Prices are observations, not offers

Every price shown is a timestamped observation from a partner API. Prices move constantly; listings sell out, change, or turn out to be mispriced or fraudulent on the marketplace side. We work to keep data fresh and filter junk, but we can't guarantee any price is still live or accurate when you click through. Always confirm price, condition, seller reputation, and return policy on the destination site before buying.

Deal scores are data-driven opinions

The 0–100 deal score is a statistical read of price history — a considered opinion computed from data, not financial, investment, or purchasing advice. The methodology is public on the About page. Whether a purchase is right for you is your call.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status never changes a ranking or a score — details in the affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

Read the site, share links, cite our numbers with attribution — all welcome. Don't scrape at abusive rates, attempt to breach the admin area, misrepresent our data as your own, or use the site for anything unlawful. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.

Our content

Site design, text, scores, and charts are © josh.menu. Underlying market facts aren't ours to own — quote them freely with a link. Retailer and product names belong to their owners; using them here is nominative reference, not endorsement.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, josh.menu and its operator aren't liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its data — including purchases that don't work out. If some part of these terms is unenforceable where you live, the rest still stands.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
